pls solve my confusion only those re... moreThe phone is awsm dude. But u hav to upgrade ur software update from Samsung service center. Dont do at home. No lag nd hang. Phn is like butter in kitkat 4.4.

I'VE Upgraded my grand 2 to kitkat from Samsung Care They said that never upgrade at home u got problem nd bugs.
My phone is working awsm in kitkat. Upgrade is free of cost.

i updated my grand 2 kitkat 4.4 after update i am facing a huge battery problem ,hang problem n both camera quality is not good. will you please solve this problems...

Those who have heating issue have your sim replaced with new micro sim from service provider. The cut sim causes heating. I did it and heating problem gone and it was advised by Samsung service centre engineer.

i have purchased samsung galaxy grand 2 33 months ago . I have a problem in this mobile sd card is blank or has unsupported file system i have formatted sd card also but still it is giving the same answer . i have changed many sd cards but is giving the same answer. please if u know the answers please reply me

i have galaxy grand 2, a new one just bought it two weeks ago. it was very nice but now i have difficulty. the problem is i can't call despite there is full coverage of network. of course i can receive calls. what can i do. may be there is something wrong with the seeting.
