I cannot share media through whatsapp app in my grand 2...not even voice clips can be sent...it shows "cannot setup recorder now, please try again"...how do I solve it?
N.B. :- Its been happening since I rooted the phone. Although I unrooted it, the problem persists.

If Samsung doesn't upgrade Grand 2, Samsung will loose twice the number of customers than grand prime who have twice the purchasing power of grand prime, maximum of whom will never buy a samsung phone again with twice the price of other brands... the choice is of course of Samsung only... already loosing so much loyal fans...

And samsung galaxy grand 2 as far as my concer does not hangs up but shows certain lag while playibg heavy game like Imortals and asphalt 8. Othervise there is no issue regarding samsung galaxy grand 2

Anonymous, 31 Aug 2015samsung please we want android 4.4.4 at least :( :( :(No way. Grand Prime is too popular now. It already received android 5.0.2 in Russia and some other region. In the US updated to android 5.1.1. Grand 2 is forever forgotten. Grand Prime is the last of the Grand series. Samsung don't seem to release a new Grand smartphone this year so, they will keep updating the Grand Prime only.

Samsung Grand 2 has the best call connectivity and crystal clear voice clarity no other mobile can match.

Go to settings >phone memory>miscellaneous files>then the delete thumbnails retry download
