My phone freezes a lot and goes off on its own. Also its camera quality is very, very, bad. I need help.

I always get sad anytime I look at my Galaxy Grand 2. It has a bad camera quality, phone goes off at ant time.......yucks and the saddest thing is that I bought it with my saving expecting much from Samsung but this is all I get...trouble........Samsung please compensate me with a new phone.

Also one minor problem is the lock screen issue that is the lock button doesn't react instantly when you press the lock button the screens turns on after 1 or 2 secs please Samsung fix this also you have made the lock button too inside the button should be made like the galaxy s3 neo or the grand neo
