Same problem i am also faced after 97mb update. First i factory reset my phone the problem is still there than i "Rest my phone continously three times with out install any apps now my phone is working fine it smooth and i checked application "Skype and Facbook some other applications working smooth. just try to reset you phone two or three times i thought it will work for you also.

Galaxy grand 19082 is a very good phone. I have not had any issues with it since I have been using it. Also the battery life is superb unlike most andriod based phones, a full battery lasts for a 24hrs.Also the camera quality is very cool. To top it all, its one the most affordables phone you can buy in the market with all these qualities.

I bought this brand new phone paying 21 k and see the quality of the chrome finish after a few months usage.

What about the international versions of the phones though? A blogger in Poland got in touch with a local Samsung representative and found out. In that Samsung Galaxy Grand is also there. But we have to wait for official release.

I also received 97MB update... It can't be of kitkat because I remember 4.2.2 update was of about 600 mb
So, obviously kitkat will be more than 600mb

GRAND user, 20 Feb 2014Guys, good news. Samsung is releasing official Android KitK... more97MB update was OK. Another update after that, appx 60MB something is there which has ruined my phone.. It is behaving like a drunkard GRAND elephant..:(.

When I connect my phone to the pc in Kies mode it gives me an error "A service installation section in this INF is invalid".Please help me.

It think ur phone is on talkback mode n swiping with two finger. So for deactivate go to settings》deive》accessibility》talkback off.
Talkback must be off n it is normal mode.

BNB update with keise has some issues so
I m recommend update with direct to cell

U need to go in setting
My device
Now screen will not up down normally so u have to single long touch at any item there then take it up till accessibility appear
Now touching it u will enter in this menu then u have to uncheck accessibility
If phone is not responding, pull out battery n press power key for 30 second release n reinsert battery again then start phone
This may help you
