I am using vodafone ...my friends also use vodafone..dey can use apps like whats aap and all messaging apps..bt after a software update I am nt able to use any of the mesagging apps....is der nething wrong wid the software of my phn??? Wat should I do pls if ne1 knows do tell me...pls

Hi! I was dissapointed when i bought my galaxy grand everything is fine the camera is great, clarity is good enough it actually works smoothly but i was surprised when i found out that my grand has only 4GB internal memory and I was expecting that i will get an 8 Gb internal Memory as is says in the samsung website.

Why is it when I checked the device memory it's only around 4gb? but on the specs it's internal memory is 8gb.
