we are waiting for android 4.3 on galaxy grand mobile. galaxy grand mobile is nice handset and atleast 4.3 android should be for grand.

so the guy there did a factory reset and every thing is OK now

This is worst phone I have ever used in my life. AFter 2 days of purchased started facing problem, hanging and restarting. When showed in Service center they said software issue and reinstalled. Then for 3 weeks no issues after 3 weeks then started getting same issues today again taking to service center. The service is also worst.Total unhappy experience.
I am using WIndows phones since last six years, never faced any silly issues like this. Looks like Jelly bean is flop

It is one of the worst phones I have ever used in my life. Or it is issue with Android Jelly Bean OS. It is never stable, crashes most of the time. This is second time taking to Samsung service center. The service is also very bad. They are very irresponsible to people problems.

Tab 1 ,tab 2,tab 3 have 170ppi n thy have crystal clear display so u have an idea tht grand has pretty gud display . I have tab 2 vch have 170ppi , grand vch have 187ppi n s duos vch have 223ppi i compared thm jst minor diff evn not noticeable wo dnt wory before u buy
