I bought grand,s/w hang often, after lock and unlock the main screen will be inactive, i cant scroll to next page, whiling playing the FM radio too the problem occurred initially once if i restart its working fine now ..

Regret to mention that the battery drains out very fast. Does not last for even six hours. Though the specs mention exceptionally good battery life. I just bought it a few days back. Majorly disappointed. Can the Samsung people suggest remedy or replace the handset.

I bought mine original on march 2013. Until now...there is no complaint on it. Camera, body build, sensor touch or tilt, networks and Wi-Fi are all works marvelously. I can use any data plan I want either sim1 or sim2. Gps locating my location very accurately. Weight is lighter than note2 so that I can hold it longer while enjoying video streaming hourly on it. Is a good product. Pls don't make bag image of it.

swami, 23 May 2013when i call why grand not ask me SIM 1 or SIM 2? how i chan... moresim management menu in the settings. I like the ' prompt' option this allows you to choose which simcard to make the call from.

Love this phone, upgraded mine from an acer dual sim- the difference is immense. Practically every video ive thrown at this phone seems to play back flawlessly without needing other apps or crashing. Absolutely love mine great value for money too! Interested to compare this to the new archos platinum phone coming out!

I am using this phone since last one months. I never faced any problem whatsoever. Just go for it. I guarantee you will not regret at this price... All above comments are fake...
