This is really a very superb phone to get hang and to get restart. After one year from my purchase it starts hang or very slow in opening an application. And most of the time, when I get calls the phone hangs worstly and not able to attend the call, this end up in getting some important interview calls. I will never suggest anyone to go for Samsung mobiles. If any solution to get the same to work in good speed and without hanging it will be really helpful for me.

I am using this Phone last two years and always hanging and two times got servised from AXICOM and one out of dealer.

This phone is the worst smartphone I've ever come across. It's slow as hell and hangs a lot. And now it has also started to turn off as soon as an app is opened. You definitely need a charger every time you need to use this object and also sometimes the phone turns off when used with charging as well. I have no clue to what made me buy this phone. This is the worst smartphone Samsung could have launched. This phone is the reason why I've lost all hopes in Samsung and always recommend my friends to buy any other phone but Samsung. I can never even think of buying any other Samsung appliance ever 'cuz this phone has crossed all limits. Simply annoyed and frustrated. I've no idea to what to do with this phone to improve it's performance. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
