worst phone i have ever had
worst customer care service...

Is anyone facing this problem
This phone ic charging very quickly from 70 to 100 percent in abt 10 min and discharging very quickly from 30 to 0 at abt same time
Help from anyone is appreciated

it was working fine
but recently i... moreyes... i have the same problem. my phone just shuts-down even if fully charged.
i have to replace the battery. now, it works just fine but when am online for my messenger (for 12hrs or so, not even 24 hrs.), the phone hungs, so i have to shut down or remove the battery to turn it off... so bad

guna rakes, 22 Mar 2015Worstu phone hangs a lot. For showcase u can get this phoneIf your phone hang constantly you can quickly hard reset this phone(to know details google search write samsung galaxy grand duos hard reset).... after reset you will download some applications.
Plz do not install below application=
1. anti virus
2.cleaner
3.unnessary application
remember always=》
1.cache clean always from phone(setting>more>storage>cached data click>ok)
2.ram clean from phone(home button press> ram> clean memory)
this is good phone in the world. ..no hang, no problem.

z1, 14 Mar 2015Install cleanmaster from Google play.Simple.This is a very nice phone, i use this before 6 months, i have no problem this phone and i am not getting any problem like :- hanging, error etc.

At first it felt big and clunky. A year later and now I like it. A battery that lasts me 3 days, a FLAC music player... I'm well pleased.

you may have been tricked. I think you have got that cheap fake galaxy grand.... Recheck at a samsung store...

my galaxy grand ram appeared to be less than 500mb instead of 1gig and it is causing the phone to hang while playing some games..pls how can I fix it?

I bought this phone on April 2013 and its so good and fast in jellybean 4.2.2 .when i updated to jellybean 4.2.3 its started to hang.In the mean time it had some board complaint which was replaced on warranty. after one and half year i rooted my phone and installed cyanogenmode11(unofficial). From that onwards its work fine, with out any hanging problem.Now i using cyanogenmod 12(lollypop) and its working awesome.
