rj, 17 Oct 2014When it will kitkat or lolipop version? Don't think it will get kitkat officially. But it wud perform better with this.

I bought this Samsung Grand Duos GT-i9082 a year ago, it became worst Android smartphones ever after couple of months use, very slow performance after some Samsung update. can't run facebook app properly. hang and restart twice daily. Actually main culprit is its loads of samsung apps running in the background take huge RAM. After restart it work fine for 2-3 hours again it performance goes down. I tried clearing its ram memory, had used memory clean app but it's of no use.

My phone is one year old now it is giving solid problem. Most of the time it hangs and could not off. Only remove the battery to put off. When it hangs the battery discharged very fast, with in a minute it come to zero charge. This is happening often and often.
Please tell me how to solve the problem

Display size n other look related stuffs are very good.. But the performance is very bad... Not at all satisfied with the performance... Once upgarde is done via wifi... Full patch is not applied, So i need to take it to the service centre and get it updated. This kind of upgradation is not user friendly .. Rear camera is very gud.. I use !6GB SD even then my phone response is very slow..I dont even use much 3rd party applications.. Very sad after spending so much money. My phone now almost going to be an year old.. Even then im not satisfied maily with the performance.. If i open the gallery it takes almost 15 to 20 seconds for the gallery to open.. After update the phone is completely a mess.

Hi, I bought the phone 6 months ago and lately I get the message/s "Failed to initialize camera", then I have to or restart it or turn it off and after few sec back on so the camera would work, what do you suggest that I do? I'm afraid that if I leave it on service it will be there forever and it won`t get any better (people around me have bad experiences with submitting phones to service.
