Hi, I bought the phone 6 months ago and lately I get the message/s "Failed to initialize camera", then I have to or restart it or turn it off and after few sec back on so the camera would work, what do you suggest that I do? I'm afraid that if I leave it on service it will be there forever and it won`t get any better (people around me have bad experiences with submitting phones to service.

Great phone had a battery problem after changed it workinv well alhamdulilah .. but its always showin cannot download at the moment pls try later .. pls can any one help me wit it..

not so good hanging problem and camera is third class as compared to mega 5.8
when both have 8 mp camera

i had bought this april 2014 only it is so smarty and camera quality is good appearence is cuty sometimes only hangs but is value of its price

Iam using this one for last 8 months.some times hang.but its nice phone.camera is good.two sim cards .we can use 3g or 2g at same time.battery is average. But this gadget gives vallue of money

Got it 2 year back and since then it is working great ,just had one problem with the battery but after i replaced the battery(after 1 yr) it was back to normal...great value for money...

this phone have a bad hanging problem. even if u have 4.1 or 4.2 android on it but it still hang. nothing changed. and also. the specs show that it have 8gb of internal memory. but theres only 4gb of user available. think twice before buying this phone. have a nice day.

After enabling the data connection to use internet automatically it starts opening many functions .get touched automatically. recently its battery width increased which can not keep charge .i'll change the battery but what may be the reason for this and what can be done for the first problem. plz help.(galaxy grand duos .gt-19082)
