those who are complaining abt battery life should check their apps which generate wakelocks... this is still the best phone in dual sim category in terms of battery...
also I have never faced any heating issue while playing games with net on hspda network... use wakelock detector to check ur apps

Do not believe fake comments. . It is good phone... update 4.2.2 is great. .. do not install antivirus or cache cleaner. . No hangs, very smooth galaxy grand duos. .

my sincere advice is pls. dont by this model at all very slow hanging, you cant even restart also, you have to unplug battery sometimes to restart. Pls. dont go for samsung at all.

Samsung has to work on getting fast updates to latest android versions like Motorola & Nexus devices, otherwise it will be finished or vanished from the market.
Many are now switching to butter smooth Motorola or nexus devices just for the fact that Samsung is damn late releasing latest android updates for its mid range customers.
They think only s4, note2 & s5 customers are valuable, mid rangers are not.
Better fasten your seat belts Samsung or get ready to loose your old customers.

Samsung makes good looking handsets and great android sets.. but for those new users who are thing to buy Samsung handsets, think better..almost 20 times wat you are going to buy. I have been using Grand one, four times repairing center, always same problem- No batter back up, no full charging even in 24 hours,No clear sound, heating set while playing games, music player is very poor...etc.
So, be attention for buying Galaxy series handsets if you made only medium size of budget. You have to have minimum 50 to 60000 of budget if you wanna buy a smart phone set otherwise, go for Nikia 206, 208, 112 and so on is the best idea for making calls and receiving calls, etc is ok. Because, I mean, if you buy Galaxy series, i don't suggest you less tha Galaxy S3.

Hello grand users and new users....
i use this handset since 6 months. is very slow. no battery back and it take 24 hours for full charge and complained 3 more times. first 1/2 days of delivery works well and charges battery well. then it re-appears same problems. Finally, they changed the motherboard and said me is ok and no more problems. But nothing is changed as before.....
wat about others???????

i had my grand i9082...its really the worst phone i had seen..the company is offering a 8 gb internal memory in this phone, but it really sucks its only having 4 gb internal memory.....for solution ..plzz exchange this phone with samsung galaxy s5
