Its a great time to have phone like grand....its great & good to use.its an awsomeeee product from Samsung. My phone is older than one year but it performs well. .some time it hanging. .but I would like to give 4.5 out of 5...its rocking.....

galaxy user you can go update 4.2.2.. this update your galaxy grand will be a great phone as well as grand2. Unbelievable change the phone... show 8 gb internal storage, applications, game etc move to sd card easily. .. internet speed amazingly. .. phone speed growth. ..

I bought this phone for my Dad, after one week usage the phone fell and glass broke. I replaced the glass in a local shop for AED 140/- but the phone's software had issues and phone was not working properly. I went to Samsung Service Technoparts and they replaced the screen for AED 250/- and the phone works well. As for me the phone's build quality is not good. Need to buy hard case to protect the Phone and my advice if you have any repairs better give it to the authorised service center coz they can do the repair job well.

Carlini: Sorry but didn't work. These pictures were downloaded automatically by Cloud of any other program. Now I forced stopped these shareware programs but still can't remove these pictures.

the worst phone that i have in my life samsung is no 1 brand in cell phone today but this type of mobile are spoiling samsung name i got this mobile with in 15 days i have formatted this device 5 times taht also not works fr me i sell this mobile in one month so guys please do not buy this grand duas better go for note 3 neo or htc desire 816

Dear frnds I hve purchased this I9082 in Dubai, using from last 18months, Only one good thing in this mobile is Camara. This mobile is not supporting USB, where as The same model in India is supporting. I dont know wat it is?? But realy i hve very bad experience with this mobile...., This mobile..is hang on again & again, even when I am talking with some body ..it wl switch of automatically...Again I have to ON it, Very Very Bad experience.

Aftar update 4.2.2 the galaxy grand duos phone great great great. .. move application or game to sd card easy... this update possible only samsung service center... phone will be longlife ... phone will be similarly galaxy grand2... so enjoy galaxy grand duos... go to update quickly....

Always hangs worst phone they are cheating the public. It takes minimum two minutes to see the dispaly in the screen. Makes life miserable. Why it hangs. no answer till date. Almost all samsung phones are hanging. Finally we have to hang ourself for buying a hanging phone
