I have been using Galaxy Grand I9082. I often face the problem of instrument getting hanged up. Mostly when i change to mobile data or turn to camera, my instrument either hangs or takes very long time to come. Often lose my patience. any suggestion to my above instrument problem.

Hi, I have this device for about a year now, and i had this ongoing issue for quite a while, wherein whether i make or receive calls ...i was not able to hear the person at the other end, and neither the other person could hear me , initially it used to get fixed by rebooting the device , now for the past 2 weeks, i m not able to hear at all., even after rebooting the device , has anybody got the same issue, is there any fix to it without any visit to the service centr ???
Kindly advice ...

I m using this phone since one year and very bad experience frequently it got hang and if u open multiple app dan it vl bounce back to the main screen even though it has 1 gb ram but very poor performance and battery life is not last enough. It take long to open gallery n camera. Screen resolution is not good even.

I did software update (Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos)and now my pictures will not upload to a social media or to any apps. I tried sending a picture thru a message and it just wouldn't send. Does anyone know why this is happening?

galaxy grand is best mobile.....
important 12 tips:
1. use avg cleaner for cache clean
2. use middle key tap for ram cleaner
3. use opera mini browser for internet speed
4.if the internet speed slow then quickly ram clean and cache clean instantly
5. install night mode for eye protection
6.brightness always keep 0 for good battery
7. net surfing without sound. .I mean silent mode.
8.always battery charge switch off mode
9.do not charge running net surfing
10. uninstall always unuse or useless application, game etc
11. only one gb internal phone storage is suitable for phone speed
12.if you place change I mean phone tower change you must phone will switch off and on.

I did software update (Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos) a month ago.Since the upgrade my device hangs intermitently and goes blanks sometimes.

I have also purchase grand duos last week i dont get any problems as others r telling its cool.
Never hang. Cpu and ram is awesome. Camera and video is great.
just for extra info.. after deleting junk item.. you may experience peak on your Ram..

I have been using i9082 for more than a year. Never hang. Cpu and ram is awesome. Camera and video is great. Can play 3D games, fifa, nfsmw, robocop and many more.
If you have problem with your phone, maybe because your software is bad. Im using stock JB 4.1.2. Still awesome. No need to upgrade to 4.2.2 or kitkat.
Anyway, a very superb phone. can watch video, type doument etc etc.
If you want to buy it, go ahead. If you have it but have problem, bring to service centre and update your os.

It's worst phone of Samsung using since 1year and give problem like lot of hanging,network issues bcc of dual sim,auto restart,poor battery,screen resolution is poor,camera quality worst .wil suggest never buy samsung
