Been trying to update WhatsApp with no luck , any advise?

I have been streaming youtube connected to charger.. I heard a loud noise in the headset and display seemed to be flickering.. Immediately I disconnected the charger.. display became black.. I tried to turn off the phone but the power switch is not been working.. so I removed the battery.. but later when I tried to turn on the phone nothing is happening.. I went to samsung service center.. It is been one month past one year.. so no warranty.. they are suggesting a replacement of board.. which costs rs5000 means half the price with which I bought the phone :(

My Samsung grand neo plus(single line) have a fault on the screen.i have tried to get the orinal screen but cant get get i.the screens available are for Samsung grand neo plus(dual sim) only.are they available?

when I charge my phone it seems 100percentages but that level doesn't decrease when i am using but suddenly power off ( charge level zero), its charge level decreases very fast , also if i power off the phone it couldn't power on without connecting charger . pls help me

It is an acceptable phone for its range. I have been usung it since nearly two years and i have never faced any problem.

can anyone help me out...theres a problem related to internet whenever m installing some apps lyk in numbers 4 or 5 in my grand neo the internet doesn't work at all n the data flows in a high ammount. And if I install 2 or 3 apps internet works properly. What can I do???
