This phone is pretty good in performance,the only complains that I have is that my version,the neo plus(GTI9060I) only has 2 fingers multitouch support,sometimes the network fails for a few seconds in both simcards and the icons on the lcd sometimes stay static some seconds until disappear, like the status bar icons.
Other than that great phone.

samsung galaxy grand neo not good, bcoz more times hanging & battery very first de-charge also gallery opening time too much time taking.

nice.....but.. lot of hangng occurs..
works good till 8mnths after ful t00 struckng...
no lng lasting battry.....

i bought mobile samsung galaxy grand new but i used hendst is so slow and hanging problem . batery power so lower and cameras so
poor please so dont buy the hendset

Marko, 20 Oct 2015I have a problem with this model because it jumping out of ... more it's probably your network provider giving u poor network and not the phone.I am using this phone it's great. with high speed network u can surf on internet even when your account has no money.only heavy downloads cannot work .

this phone is great.good internal memory, large screen for better viewing, fast on internet, good cameras, long power storage & supports many apps.keep it up Samsung.

I like Samsung galaxy grand neo mobile. I using start this mobile on 1 jun 2014 but my mobile is no hang no 1 problem in my mobile. I am lucky I have problemless mobile.
but I have one wish you add new features and update software to kitkat or lollypop so more user used this phone.
I am lucky,I love my mobile and I really like my grand neo mobile.

This phon is having lots of hanging problem battery drains very fast and whenever i install apps it just reboots itself dont buy this

I am quite happy with this phone at moderate price. Is there a way to add LTE function like available on the top models? Would welcome some input ,but most time happen problem for program ,then what shall?

please never buy this phone it's not good phone there is many problems like hanging,network problem.after 15-30 days phone's touch gone i went to care they chang my mother bord.after 2-3 month there was a senser problem so they 2nd time chang the bord.they chang my bord 3rd time whene a network problem create but no soluction.
