when i am using dual sim and using net the phone touch is not working properly and i am always force to open the battery and fix it again :( plz tell what happened to my cell phone :( it is only of 3 days

this is bakwaas phone i have used ever hanging issue allways come when i call it says no mobile network allways camera is very dull quelity only 1.4 gb memory available for use ....do not buy this ghatiya (iferior) quality cell.

Im currently using Galaxy Grand neo plus for like 3 momths now. There's no hanging and network problems. The only sad thing about this phone is the lack of multiwindows. But overall so far so good.

smita, 10 Jul 2015the phone keeps on hanging until i remove the battery and p... moreAt the time of internet surfing make slot 1 sim,meant for 3g,activated and deactivate slot 2 sim.Do these by going to settings-sim manager.As there is dual sim mode in the handset,no problem will occur in receiving phone call in sim2 which will autometically be transferred to sim1 while surfing internet.I think this phone should have been made for single sim.

Thats really bad phone i mean what the the hell is thise phone the phone every day it says not signed on network no multitouch it can take just 2 fingers also no custom rom when you root sensor stop theres alot of problems in thise phone also now no one wants to buy thise phone from me....... i hate samsung i hate it i hate it and love it same time....lol
