I amusing the Grand Neo Plus,I love this phone,however I have a problem. when I receive sms's I don't get the small icon indicating that an sms has come in...this sometimes causes me to notice after hours that I actually received an sms. Can anyone help me in this regard? Am I the only one with this problem?

I started to use this phone from july 2014 and I love this phone but i am very sad it has no kitkat verson and I buy this phone RS 14,000...

i am using this phone plus version since 1 month ago. i have no issue with this phone. The phone is working smoothly and no hanging problem. The pixel density is some how low bt it does not matters much. The camera quality is not the best bt not the worst. You can go for this samsung smartphone

I started to use this phone from July 2015. Due to the size, I often mistake that I have placed in the shirt pocket and it drops off and crashing land and all the 3 pieces blown apart. ie. the front panel, back cover and the battery.
I am used to drive Motor cycle, once it so happened that I had to share my motor cycle HERO PASSION PRO - with 3" x 18 " tyres and drive HONDA ACTIVA. I did not know that Honda ACTIVA - loses its center of gravity. While driving on Greams Road Chennai, there was a pot hole, and i went over it. The mobile flew from my pocket and was lying scattered around 20 ft apart.
With great heart I stopped the byke in the middle of the road collected all the 3 pieces. Saw whether the glass was broken. To my surprise it was intact. I switched on the phone worked fine. This happened during Feb 2015
Even today it is working fine without any issues. Its a real great smart phone

Instead of ota update they releases grand neo plus as an update for android kitkat along with the new 2mp front camera that many have asked for. They cannot update camera through ota. Updating the old grand neo would turn it into grand neo plus, so it becomes meaningless.

What about Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo it is fixed in 4.2.2 jellybean and not receiving any update.. samsung should give update to this instead of that Samsung has launched Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus which is running in latest Kitkat 4.4.4 So plz Samsung give any update for this......

my sam gal 9060i is facing hanging problem. it hangs when in fb messenger , when tried to accpt whatsapp call and then I've to remove its battery.
sometimes when swiched off it cn not be opened .
then I've to remove its battery once and put again .
pls whats to do to solve the problem .

I have had my Samsung Grand Neo Plus for just over a week and I love it. The only problem is that when I phone someone (or someone phones me) the sound is very bad - almost like a bad signal sound. You hear the other person intermittently - please advise what the problem could be. We live 150 kms from the nearest town, so am dreading that I have to take this phone in for repairs. I ordered it online. Please advise. Thank You

firoj, 17 May 2015i bought samsung grand neo plus last 2 days.it is running g... moreAll smartphone hangs. You just need to clear the ram and clear cache data. My phone use 67% of ram while browsing and youtubing with no hanging issue. Never install clean master, worst apps ever. Do not open more than 3 apps at the same times. Dont play hd games ever. Dont clutter your smartphone with movies or music videos. Cheap phone, you get what you paid for. Grand prime is better with qhd display and galaxy alpha-like touchwiz ui though with slightly higher price.
