samsung sucks...... ... moreHave you turned power saving mode ON.?? If you turn the power ON the saving mode, your CPU's maximum performance will be limited. With power saving mode OFF, the phone give above average performance.

I have been using this phone for the last six months.
It is a good phone in its price range. I have installed heavy games like asphalt 8, real racing at a time, runs perfectly. 3g, wifi works good on it.

Phone stuck on Emergency Calls Only???I have a samsung Galaxy grand neo and have been unable to use it for the past two days. The phone simply says Emergency Calls Only and if I do try and call someone, it says Mobile Network Not Available. Given that I just bought the phone,it requested for upgrade which i did sucessfully but its showing me emergency calls only.i ve removed d sim nd battery and memory card still the problem persist.I am assuming the problem lies in the phone itself. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Swipe down the status bar with two finger. Then enable Multi-Window feature there.

I have been using this model for only 20 days. But already battery problem started. It's battery power is really very poor. Cannot last for longer as customers expectations. Don't buy this.
