There is no option to off the camera sound, only way is you have to put the mobile in silent mode and use the camera. Then you ll not get the camera sound.

Grand neo is very bad phone , I really faced problems like hanging , heavy games doesn't supported n nrtwork does not responding.
I really suggest u can't take this phone.

user, 16 Aug 2014got a new phone NEO....why does it hang???? removed the bat... moreThe problem might be with your handset only. My hand is working perfectly fine. Recommend you to visit samsung service centre.
