Well i have a grand neo and i think is a complete phone...
I think have a little bad things but its minimal...
It doesn't have notification led and light sensor
The battery consume is very quickly
The dislpay is not FullHD
The sound is too low compare with other brands
But i thing that's all the bad things
I really happy with this phone and is cheaper than others :)

MK, 14 Jun 2014I have only had my Grand Neo for 3 days. forget my Password... morejust power off the phone and then cick power buton,home button and vol-up button simultaniously,as long as grand neo appears on screen,the leave all the buttons....then use the vol up and down button and select option factory data reset with power button.......this will reset ur phone

One of the best and excellent mobile in samsung galaxymobiles. I am using it from 3 months no hanging, heating problem and supports full hd videos. Camera and video clarity is also excellent.
