The instructions are in different lanages. No English.would really like to learn how to use it. A lot harder to use then my,former Apple phone.

Great phone !! I would definitely recommend this phone to everyone. I have mine almost 2 years, I'm using it all the time, every day, and it works perfectly !! Never had a problem with this phone !! If you are an average user, which primarly need a phone for a communication, messaging, surfing the internet, without installing a lot of apps on it, then this phone is excellent !! I was installed many apps on it before, but then after a some time it stucks, CPU overheating...now I' m using only 3 basic apps, and it works very smoothly !! Very solid and nice phone, for that price !!

fentastic phone i use it. using from last three year . but phone is fully completed. i totally used this phone. very bold phone. i just phasing one problem is vibrator not work . after all, all is ok.

..I bought this smartphone in February 2015. Its grey in olour and have compass with navigation capabilities (GPS) as well with GLONASS and BEIDOU satellites receiver. Its fixed quite fast ( quickly) and i'd always seen that the accuracy of it is below 9m.
I'd use it till now with satisfaction for its price and its features and of course about its quality.
Its 3G technology with 2600 mah battery (removable battery).Its present the Ultra Power Saving mode that could last the whole day.

I bought a grand new Samsung Galaxy Galaxy Grand Prime at BrandsMart store. I used it about after 3 week, then my phone stopped work, I tried restart it and it work again. Last week my phone totally stop work. I broght it to BrandsMart. The customer service said I cannot return because it over 30 days. He gave me the phone to call for exchange. I am following up to until now I receive not thing from them. It is terrible for me know .

Crappiest cell phone I've ever owned. I don't recommend this phone to anybody. I've had it for a year-and-a-half and nothing but problems. What I'd like to do is put under my car tires and run it over

i have using this phone since 2015 and i am fully satisfied with the service of my phone. Its still working nicely as before. Happy to have a phone like this.
