This is one of the worst phones I've had my whole life. With only three weeks of use, it already said there wasn't enough space. Consider this though, the only app I had installed was....Whatsapp. Then you might think..."Ah, the memory must be full because you had it filled with pictures and videos etc.." BUT NO! I had all of my pictures and media in my 16 GB SD card. I'm not sure if it was the manufacturer or this device, but you can't set your SD card as the default storage. With this phone, you'll spend most of the time seeing how you make space for your SOFTWARE and your ONE MISERABLE APPLICATION YOU CAN INSTALL to simply *update* them because if you don't, well you wont be able to use them and then the phone you bought is basically useless. So enjoy :)

Once Coming from my evening classes i Was stuck in a heavy rain as I had Nothing e.g a plastic shopper or was completely in wet as I came from a swimming pool.. But when I reached home I used a towel to clean it and mobile was working as nothing is happened to it.....

I bought a Samsung galaxy grand prime 2 months back. Now I'm so miserable because I don't know how to operate it, and everyone I ask also can't. I have put memory card but always show insufficient space. They say it's software. Eish...I'm not enjoying having it.

I had a Samsung Galaxy grand prime first and it was good until I drop it one night in February and I end up I had to get a new phone so I got the same model and brand name again because I like it, but now I dislike it because after a year of having it. It sucks because the bloody phone keep shutting off when you are doing something for awhile and you have to turn it back on and start over and have to wait until it reload itself and this is a pain in the ass. I took it out to the company that I got it at and they said I have to pay off the phone and then I can get a new one, but it is not my fault that the phone is not working right so when the time is up I am sure that I won't be getting the Samsung Galaxy grand prime again it will be another kind of phone

This my secondary phone. Got it wet in the rain recently. Put it in rice a few hours. Even the condensation in the camera lens is gone. Working perfectly fine now. It is quite rugged in my opinion. It is pretty much Samsung version of Nokia 3310. All the torture since 2014 on this phone havent kill it yet. Meanwhile all flagship phone be like, made from glass and ceramics. *sigh

Just download the lollipop firmware update and then flash it using odin flashtool.. there's a tutorial on youtube..

Changing the settings for mobile data hobbles it to a point were it wont send message unless roaming data is turned on etc..
I plan on giving it a viking funeral, but even that is a compliment for this thing.
