Samsung galaxy grand prime is a very good phone, the camera and the speed when u are working with it are perfect, i have more than 1 year with this phone, and i love it, i haven't seen any wrong on it.

Why Is it That my SGGP is Low On Signal If im using globe sim its just the letter E that says but If i use Smart Sim its very Strong signal its says 3G. But If I use my Globe Sim then set it to WMCDA it loses network unavailable connection why is it?

It's been reliable but it has some connection issues but my main problem is the flashlight. The flashlight comes on by itself and I have to remove the battery to turn it off. I downloaded a flashlight app. I thought the app was causing it so I uninstalled the app and it continues to happen and drain the battery.

Anonymous, 09 Mar 2017My Samsung grand prime broke its LCD and have not been able... more it is proving difficult to get your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime repaired because parts and labor combined are going to shoot up to $80 if you are very lucky to $160 or more to repair that screen. However a Galaxy Grand Prime is a 960x540 resolution screen, a Snapdragon 410 {3rd tier} processor, and it has a lousy 8 GB of internal system and application ROM. Although nice and snappy, it is an entry level phone that you can find replacements used for $50 to $140 and for only a bit more you can get a better phone such as the Moto G4 play, or the LG Stylo 2 There are even some Galaxy J series phones that function as suitable replacements thus it is generally a financially unwise decision to repair the phone unless you can find someone who would mine the parts from another defunct Grand Prime and install it to yours for a reasonable price. That's an arduous task to do so if you have to pay for labor it still probably would not be worth it even with a zero price part.

The Galaxy Grand Prime Is A PIece Of Shit Phone I Took It Back 2 Weeks After Used It Freezes And Wont Charge half Of The Time The Battery Really Sucks Ass And On Top Of That Apps Keeps Closing I Have Never Been So Damn Unsatisfied With The Phones This One Is The Worst!!!!!!!!! BE CAREFULL IT GETS SUPER HOT SO LETS HOPE THE DAMN THING DONT BLOW UP!!!!!!!!!

The keyboard is freezing too much, cant it anymore, this phone causes my memory card to give problem and was not able to be read, storage is one thing I don't understand, cause sometime ago I checked my internal storage and it was 667Gbs of memory, that was for only .thumps nail and I only get to use 5Gbs of all that, it very unfair to me the user, one other thing, it needs to be upgraded to a better software.
