This is the worst samsung phone i have ever had!!!
- Battery leaking fast when fully charged or when phone hangs until it cannot restart that i had to plung out the battery
- phone hangs non stop when playing games or when internet is slow
- sound quality not good enough
samsung really disappoint me i rather change to china phone

AnonD-638841, 27 Jan 2017Does your phone really support the LTE cat4?. Only sm-g531f model supports 4g(LTE). So jio sim will only work in this model.

Phone is better.I ve two sets of this model. New set has only of 5 months. It's mother board is defected. I claims at care. But no one response to repair it. What can I do?

Anonymous, 25 Jan 2017Its has LTE.I am I jio user n I use to connect to internet.The original grand prime does not support LTE. The LTE model comes after the original. Most said it sucks. Then the Value Edition came. It is a stupid low specs version using Spreadtrum chipset. Then the Plus version came. Its a mediatek version. Even worst then sucks. Overall, do not buy.

jane, 23 Jan 2017how can I access camera again? It just shows WARNING camera... morePull out ur sd card . Then restart. Maybe ur sd card cannot support ur galaxy g prime. I xperienced dat also

To be 100% honest... in desperate times, this phone is pretty good, however after literally just 6 months I felt like smashing this phone on the ground, It slows down overtime, storage space fills up really quickly... The front camera isn't terrible but it's not that good either... Most applications are supported... but only if your willing to only download one app at a time, use it, the delete it when you want another... This phone I only recommend for people who only use their phones for calling or texting... Definitely not for a power user(ME)... Can support Android Wear but not too well and tends to hang when smartwatch is connected... now, this could be just my device but I don't know, I've heard very many people complain about it too. Still wouldn't recommend buying this phone.
