Getting media server error while opening camera and this problem happens to every second user of grand prime.Mobile looks goods but sucks when its come to the camera.

Grand2 is the most succesful mobile of grand series its best in class .....its king of grand....
So guys think and ask any mobile shop who is better???

The screen does not seem like TFT. It look more like PLS-TFT. It certainly have better viewing angle compared to TFT display.

Using since five months. .
Good phone.
But two days ago I notice that I takes 3 hours to 60% and then i switched it off and after one hour it was just 78%.
Mobile data, GPS, WiFi were off and brightness was full low during charging. ANY SOLUTION PLEASE.it is making me very disappointed.

I just bought galaxy grand prime one month ago but its battery timming is not good enough as compared to other grand primes.... What should i do to increase my battery timming......

If you guys look closely, the screen display is not TFT, it look more like PLS-TFT display. It certainly have better viewing angle compare to typical TFT display.

My grand prime does not have the normal music player icon. It has only the play music icon in Google app. All my downloaded songs are in "my files"app together with my recorded radio programs . I can't use any song as a ringtone or play songs normally. Hw can i restore this or is it a manufacturer's fault? Pls help

This phone's battery is awesome. Last night it went on 5% battery but i was too sleepy that i didnt even turn the wifi off, i just locked the screen. When i woke up, its still on 5% haha.

Guys I bought brand new Galaxy Grand Prime with one year warranty (Pin Pack). Everything is going good but my earphones (Original Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, included in box) are creating problem.When I attach my earphone with laptop, they work perfectly but when I connect it with my phone, I need to press the jack to hear the sound otherwise it won't work. Is it jack size issue, is it standard issue or should I claim the warranty?

i hve this phone from december it is vry good phone no lags no heat ups vry good camera output good for selfies nice results and it doesnt seems that its screen is not full hd . ... good phone
