Simran, 22 May 2015i have samsung galaxy grand prime ....i locked my phone n k... morego to stock recovery by pressing volume up+ home button+powerkey from switched off condition.Select factory reset/data wipe,select yes.All your data will be lost,but i hope this will solve your prob

i have samsung galaxy grand prime ....i locked my phone n kept it aside .....when i checked it after sum tym ....i tried my level best but the keyboard wont cum up as i had secured my phone with password....now frm 3 days i m not able to use my phone bcoz everytym it says - UNFORTUNATELY , THE SAMSUNG KEYBOARD HAS STOPPED....now can anyone plzz tell me what to do...i hve restarted the phone many tyms but no change...plzz tell me what to do

Grand prime is better. It is the best-seller of the grand series. Beside, grand max is way better to be recommended compare to grand 2 because grand max have android lollipop.

i brought grand prime 2 weeks back.The problem i have when i connected it to my computer USB it does not support.it doesn't show my SD card or device memory.but charging is happening.Please help me to solve the problem.

friends..i bought prime 2 months back and am not facing any lags or hangs for sure.Am playing asphalt 8 ,call of duty strike team smoothly.(except that my internal memory had eaten up).Am facing a little heating problem on top part of the phon on continous 3g usage.Why?

shejan, 21 May 2015I brought this phone from singapore. this phone tell me to ... moreIts not lollipop update. Just some bugs fix firmware update. But, i got to warn you, your phone will experience lagging and hang for a few days after update. Then, everything goes back to normal. We are supposed to factory reset after update but most of us refused to do so because we don't want to lose data.
