i got this phone 3weeks ago after reading lovely comments about the phone on this platform but i was disappointed.The phone has issues with hanging,it gives blank screen, at times i cant pick my incoming calls because it will give me a balnk screen and it will be hanging until i shut down to restart.it gets too hot on my ears if i get a call for about 10minutes.i dont even know what to do with this phone,its annoying.My grand 2 is still the best because i enjoyed it.

i got this fone 3weeks ago after reading some lovely comments here but i was disappointed. the phone hangs, slow speed, blank out, at times i cant even pick incoming calls,because it will be showing a black screen, i will have to shut down.if i stay more than 10minutes on a call it will be too hot on my ears.i have used garnd 2 before this i think grand 2 is far far better.i dont even know what to do with this grand prime anymore.its so annoying

Really it's a wonderful phone to use I'm using it from 2 months.
Some people use to say that it's volume quality is low sO I have to say these people are muCh wronG ... this cell qualityis superb just like BDANDED phone have their.
Battery timming is awesome. Without 3G 29hrz with 3G 21hours
Camera is too superb.
If u are looking for this so close your eyes and grab this one out ! It's much better than s3,grand2 etc.

is there any app to installer to app directly on sd card, i play hd games but i can't install more than 2, as internal storage is only 4gb usable and "move to sd card" option does not move the big data file, only part of apk file. what should i do, please suggest, thanks in advance.

5) better company reputation

7) removable battery
cons of prime over moto g -
1) No HD screen
2) No OTG support
3) Speaker Sound very less compared to moto g
4) Very late or no android updates
5) Overall performance of moto g is more fluid
6) No ambient light sensor, No notification light, clear cost cutting.
9) No Gorilla Glass protection.
8) Overall built quality of moto g is far better.
9) 8 GB internal memory so less space available for apps.

I've posted a no. of times this comparison between prime and moto g. Both have pros and cons but depends on you basically,
If your first preference is samsung then go for prime, However if you want a good brand and still want to be different then go for moto g.
If you want a unbiased comparison then here are the key differences -
prime looks good but in terms of overall quality motorola can never disappoint as it is a American Brand and has a rich history so basically its upto user some may say prime feels better in hand and some will say opposite. I'll suggest you to at least hold once both the devices if people around you have them. I personally prefer moto g because of curved back design that fits in hand but prime is not bad either.
Camera quality of prime is better i must say. Both the front and Back camera of prime are a little bit better and also gives a no. of features which are missing on moto g. Motorola has tried to keep it simple. No confusion just a few normal setting along with HDR which is good for some guys who like it to be simple. In terms of quality the basic difference is in front camera which is way better in prime. So if you are more oriented towards selfies then prime will be a better choice.
Screen quality of moto g is way better. When both the phones are placed head to head the difference in ppi is clearly felt. Moto g has 294 ppi while samsung lags behind in resolution. However screen quality is not bad in prime but while comparing the two directly, difference can be felt, specially after zooming same picture in both the devices, pixels are visible in prime much before moto g.
Its getting too looong so m jst writing down the key differences
prime pros -
Camera quality quite better, specially front camera
Name of brand
lil bit better battery life.
prime cons -
No HD screen
No OTG support (on the go pen drive attachment)
No ambient light sensor (brightness must be set manually everytime when lighting conditions change)
Late or No update in android version.
Heavy user interface (comparitively lighter than other samsung devices but still lags are possible with heavy usage)
Moto g pro's
Very light stock interface which makes it more fluent and in performance it can be compared easily with very costly devices like galaxy s5.
OTG support.
HD screen always good to have.
Very quick updates. presently running 5.0 lollipop which is seen in a very few selected phones right now.
cons -
Camera quality not upto the mark for the price. (not bad but could have been better for sure)
Sometimes in weak signal areas phones loses signal. so weak signal strength is a con for sure.

Grand prime is good cell phone except its sound, it has a low sound. Really a perfect phone.
