The phone is nice,works out smoothly and doesn't hang only if the applications that anyone has installed occupies a bigger space than the rest of the appications

had this phone 2 weeks from hyper panda dammam saudi arabia.after 2 days of using this grand prime mobile it has made me disapponted.the reason is after installing any application when i start to use any application the mobile suddenly starts to hang and restart contineously.i am surpriced because it is a new phone too.i bought this phone after reading openions in this site.but now i am really felts bad about samsung's this type of complaints over the new models.the warranty also gives only service instead of replacing the handset.now my handset sent for service warranty.i dont know after service it will kill the issues or not. Plz reply if anyone faced the same type of problem and what is the solution u had for it. Thanks

Good one by Samsung, Camera awesome clarity, Battery Back up is good while using Camera, Music and Videos, Battery not good while using 3G-Applications-Games.

Today I connected my Grand Prime in Samsung Kies 3, it told me that there is a new Firmware Upgrade (version ***OA2) around 650Mb. I downloaded and installed this upgrade. So far, so good. No problems found.

original samsung grand prime now the batch manu... moreHi gadgets, the grand prime you bought from jarir, does it have these camera modes: selfie ,wide selfie, rear cam selfie, HDR?
I bought mine last december2014 from extrastores and it those camera modes are missing. I have emailed samsung and they say that the duos model does not come with those features. So, does your grand prime have them? Thanks

original samsung grand prime now the batch manufacturing is made in vietnam and battery also made in malaysia assembled in vietnam.
4g model also made in vietnam.
i got the phone yesterday itself from saudi arabia jarir store.

In Dec 2014 my grand prime was connected to the wifi and it prompted that a new SW is available.
I let the phone to download the new update, after a week i noticed that CONTACTS APP isn't working normally, most of thew time it wouldn't allow me to view the logs or sometimes when i try to dial phone number it would come up with error "Contacts has stopped".
I also started to notice that when I'm in a place that there is an open wifi but i wanted to connect to network using mobile data, the phone started to act as if it is confuse and it switches between mobile date and wifi connection.
in the samsung facebook page i found out that it is not only who is experiencing the same trouble after the update.
SAMSUNG!! fix these problem with a new SW UPDATE!!

shejan, 08 Feb 2015how hours for complete charging plz repley ???? 8 hours for the first time and if u use original chrger,it will automatic terminate when the btery is fully charge.
