Told her to go visit the service centre. Warranty still work. I doubt any of grand prime user have expired warranty by now because this phone released last september.

Y the back camera of prime is not so bright while takes pics. it is little bit dark. m not expecting this frm samsung. I'm frm pakistan n even our local company Qmobile model i9 8mp camera is more brighter thn prime. what's the prblm wd branded fones?

thats really come from ur charger or data cable... probably you have t0 change the charger.......
