I don't care about 64 bit processor, this phone is terrible!! It lacks anything and everything just to make a cheap 64-bit processor phone. What the damn hell with that screen, it's totally bad bad bad, even I can get better ppi with corning gg3 at this price range. I have no idea why there's so many brand making a cheap phones with a best features but lacking on screen, exclusive apps, etc. I think L730 is valuable at that price range, even L535 same as terrible as that junk from samsung

IMPORTANT MSG ABOUT UPDATE
Samsung gave firmware update which is about 70MB for Galaxy Grand Prime on Dec 14, 2014. This update fixed bugs and upgraded system-app camera software. The upgraded camera has both pros & cons. Read the following before you update.
What is good is that it has lots of new & very useful features like Palm Selfie, Wide selfie, Beauty face (not old one), Voice control, etc. You can now adjust more settings like white balance, special effect, enlarge eyes, retouch face, etc. It's awesome.
But sadly, the quality of the photo is noticeably bad if you don't adjust the setting. It's quite simple that you have to configure the setting every time you take photo according to the place (indoor/outdoor) to get the best photo. In older version, you are not allowed to adjust but the system automatically adjusts which is better than you adjust if you are not a techie.
My advice is that if you like new features and don't mind the quality of photo, then update it.
If you don't bother configure camera setting every time and you want good quality of photo, don't update.

You are looking at just battery size and thinking that the other one is better. micromax has a no. of phones with 3000 mah battery. i phone 5 has 1500 mah battery. Moto x worth Rs 34k in India has just 2300 mah battery still lasts for day.
Be practical guys, its not just numbers on page. consumption must be good. prime has good battery backup but moto g faces no issues even with 2070 mah battery so what's the use of looking at such numbers.
Similarly prime does not have HD screen but still its not that bad. Somehow it is quite comparable with HD screen of moto g so instead of just looking at numbers on paper look for some practical differences. that can get you a better device for your pocket.

prime has 2600 mah battery ...on the other hand Moto g battery has 2000 battery...prime is better....

I use galaxy prime and this phone is very superb in gaming and other stuff like taking picture etc. . . And by the way you can upgrade the memory as well. . . If you're planning to buy this phone you won't regret it :)

3. OTG USB support
4. Better gaming experience
5. Free ram no additional apps like Touchwiz UI or Samsung apps.
6. Better price.

Motorola Moto G 2014 is old but it is give some run to this Grand Prime on performance by been better on 4 different benchmark. And what about water-resistant compare to the Nano coating water repellent on Moto G 2014.
Moto G 2014 already running Lollipop but a new release doesn't. Moto G 2014 still better.
