I have a really bad problem with my Grand Prime. The keyboard hangs a lot, esp when I turn on the WiFi. The worst happened today when I turned on my wifi and turned off the display. When I turned it back on (I set it to open with a password), the keyboard just wouldn't work anymore. I can't access any of my files OR back them up before I reset it.

I'm using these phone since 1year everything is fine..but recently i updated system software via ota the phone get lollipop version..on that time the battery drains very quickly...please help me to solve these problem

Its not a phone one can recommend, it has alot of problems.. it hangs alot making u loose calls
it gets hot asif its an oven
at tyms, it triggers off itself
bad speaker... very low volume nd many more..
its better samsung gets to review this product

For one year i bought this phone, everything was fine. Just that it has few times hang. But after 1 year, it starts to hang a lot and always overheat. I'm so sad with this scenario. I need to restart everytime

GSM Signal are often missing(lot of people have this problem including grand prime, J2, J5...).... I missed lots of calls due to this failure. Very bad system software, compared to Jellybean. I recommend not to buy this phone.
Any way this phone supports usb on-the-go (SM-G531F).

i can nor share my videos full with frienda on whatsapp. it only goes maximal 16 seconds en it cuts it in pieces. please help me with my pronlem.

I purchased this phone 2 years later at 15000...i am using this phone but its not getting upgrade at all....i tried many times..the software gets downloaded and while upgrade it shows an error (upgrade your phone with the help of samsung kies) ....what to do now...plz help!!!!!
