I had one and gave it away don't waste your money one of the worst Samsung phones I have had. Have had about 10 in the past and have one now just this model is poor build as always is good pre-installed apps poor and crash or hang frequently

I have just signed up on an update for a new Samsung J1Ace Neo and have a similar problem whereby the lcd is faulty ( damaged )
I have a question if you can possibly help.
Did your LCD just go faulty on its own cos my unit had been sent in for inspection / repair and was told that the phone was dropped therefore causing the LCD to have gone faulty.
To my knowledge this unit is been in my position from day 1 and it has not been dropped or misused.
I am a bit disappointed with the unit.
Can you possibly help with some feedback.

the phone is ok for small number of applications. RAM is short and thus it hangs up fast. otherwire ok.

Do NOT buy one of these phones. My screen has broken and it cannot be fixed as you cannot get the LCD screen. I have now lost all of my contacts as I cannot access my phone.

The amount of apps and whatnot that you download on your device will affect your phone's performance so don't rag on the phone- it's the user

worst phone ever made. i regret buying this phone! it keeps on lagging.even when taking photos,sometimes it will stop processing. it also takes 3 minutes to process captured photo. the phone is very slow! the phone isn't smart at all.

Hello, Can anyone help to find out - Weather Samsung Galaxy J100H/DS, has 3G internets connection 2G or 4G - suppose that it doesn't 4G as it cann't see, I had 3G and it was OK. That means it can only use 3G or 2G either ? Thanks in advance.

Please help me, my phone stopped to run contacts, therefore it can not call any number even emergencies numbers. When you try to dial, it says unfortunately Contacts have stopped. But im receiving call and using the internet perfectly although it does not display names.

From someone who owned model J100, total waste of time, do not buy this phone. The 2016 model maybe ok, but the 2015 does not even function as a basic phone most of the time, and this is not Samsung bashing I have a J5 which is fine.
