Can anyone help with the problem we have with the Samsung J1 Mini after installing a new upgrade can the double tap on incoming /outgoings and favourites be disabled also the conditional call forward access also be removed.

I've had this phone for 6 months now and am on the second battery. Battery life is limited and it has a habit of showing say, 40% when you turn it off, then when you turn it back on, it immediately shows that the battery is below 5% and shuts down itself in minutes. Did it on the first battery and is now doing it on the second. I wouldn't recommend this phone on this point alone. I'm not a heavy user of any apps, I just want a phone I can ring people on. My old Nokia would last for several days with the same usage, this one I'm lucky to get 24 hours.

this phone is obviously not the best, biggest, fastest, sharpest, or the coolest, but if you need a phone, be greatful for this one. it has done so much for me, i record youtube videos on this all day, i do it even though its a strenuous task, it loads slowly, im still proud of it. it still there even when i dropped it, or when it sunk in water, it was there. when i needed something to quickly take a pic, it was there. this is a great phone, it not only is better then nothing, but teaches patience and appreciation for what you have. just dont underestimate the j1 it might suprise you. yes you can get 4g on it, no contract month by month plan

I now udsing this phone when i play games it close back to hone screen,battery draning fast when tje battery percentage is 14 it drop to 0 so worst this phone .😝😠

This phone ain't the best, screen freezes, cheap phone but you get exactly what you pay for. Only thing I can credit it for is, dropped countless times and it still works 👍 10\10 for this

Ive had this phone for 3 weeks and nothing but troubles. Now it will not take a charge at all. Pulled battery out and put it back..nothing. I WONT BE BUYING ANYTHING ELSE WITH SAMSUNG OR VERIZON>

If you want seamless multitasking, you device should start with 1GB RAM or higher. You should have gone for the Galaxy Grand Prime or J5. Sorry, but there's nothing that can be done to solve your problem.

i have a problem when i switch from app to another and get back to the app i using its reload why it can stay at the same oage i left why evey time applications restart like youtube or browser or even the games its always restart any help plz

its a nice mobile. but i founded a problem that, it have less ram... another all are good. good camera, smooth body etc... so, im requesting to my SAMSUNG brand when you launching new mobile please launch with at list 1 GB ram.... otherwise your brand became less rating..
