My one keeps on spazzes out and whenever we try to send it out to Samsung, they just return it saying nothing's wrong with it! Not worth the money.

My phone switches the light on automatically and then cant shut off unless the phone is shut down and restarted. Runs the battery down if not seen that it switches on. How do I stop this from not happening?

I hate this phone. Sometimes it's hard to send messages. It takes forever to send messages. When typing, keyboard will suddenly disappear. This phone sucks!

My device uses so much of ram even i dont run any other applications.In the details it is given everywhare that RAM is 512 MB but when we chek its only 450 MB In which 350 is used by system😡

Help please my phone does not give my messages and Whatsup pop ups how can I fix. Have to be in application to see messages. switch on and off then oneor two the same story again. was twice at dealer and still not right

I have a j1 the SIM is registered with "3" and it worked well for a few hours then it disconnected from network ,(No Calls in or out) "3" Replaced the SIM no change the supplier replaced the phone still the same.
Am I the only one with this problem What is the next move?
