pogi, 08 Feb 2016Why is it other application is getting auto quit also games... moreIf its like the one I had (J100H/DS) due to a software error, every phone call will restart all the applications for some unknown reason, never had this issue before on any other phone (Samsung, HTC, i-mobile, Sony, Asus...) so it just seems to be this model/build.

You cannot rely on this during emergency cases because the keypad just press anything even without touching it. Sometimes I want to throw it out the window out of extreme frustration because it just makes me mad. The screen is extremely sensitive and it automatically closes application and considering I have only used 10 percent of the phone's memory (SD card included). Now I need to buy another phone. Because samsung J1 is UNRELIABLE!

Jessica, 08 Feb 2016Please can someone tell me how to swop the storage setting ... moreAndriod have brought out a new thing where any andriod version thats v5.0 or higher wont allow you to put phone apps onto your SD the only thing you can put on your SD from your andriod phone is your music photos and videos and apps like facebook, snapchat instagram etc and some games but not all move over, i found moving too a microsoft phone they dont have this feature in place so you can still transfer all files over to your SD card

Well this phone is a major pain. It glitches too much. Almost every time I go to use the keyboard it types letters on its own and spazzes out without even touching it, I have to turn the screen off and on again every time. Forget using multiple apps at once it will just stop responding and will force me to quit the apps and clear the cache memory. Obviously not enough ram. No kidding my previous $30 smartphone did a better job. Get the ace with more ram which my sister has and she's more of a phone addict than me, she has no complaints.

OK this phone is cheap. But that doesn't mean that it should from time to time, just stop working. I restart mine every day just to improve its performance and minimise the chances of it hanging. But it still hangs and there's nothing that fixes it until you do a battery pull. The phone is very slow, so font install many apps. It can also hang (black screen and unresponsive to any buttons or screen touches) when the phone rings, so you cant even answer! All very disappointing. I could not recommend this phone to anyone.

best phone ever.....it is soooooo fast i cant believe it!!!! please buy it! everything is so good on this phone.....better than iphone..please buy!!!!!!

I've had this phone for 4 months.
Today a strange graphics glitch started: it has a whole bunch of horizontal lines running over the screen.
The phone still works, but its not pleasant to use.
Also the touch screen is not as responsive as a higher quality phone would be.
The lesson here is you absolutely get what you for.
