the phone as many problems its very slow I have bought another phone LG cheap for $50 and works faster and better than this $200 phone I have bought many samsung mobiles I'm becoming more and more upset with there customer service and there quality this is the third phone that I have had problems with even the samsung galaxy s5 as had many problems

It freezes, erases messages and types it's own rubbish. Sent it back in 7 days, they replaced it. Second phone giving the same issues after being sent twice for repairs. What a waste of time and money!

I purchased The Samsung J1 Ace new and the first morning it was dead. I Charged it again and it went dead again. I returned it to the Supplier, one of the major providers in South Africa. They replaced it two days later with the same model, I made sure it was not the same one. I Charged it and then this morning it was dead. I returned it to the provider personally and thy have to send it to be checked, no refund. Has anyone had similar problems with the J1 Ace? I see Zulumalaya above had similar a similar problem.

not good phone when i am using facebook messnger voice recording send and reciving its all phone is being silent then until i don its restart its not solvid so kindle tell me solution its proble and dont buy any person and samsung

I had choice Samsung Galaxy J1 J100H or LG Joy.So I have chose Samsung Galaxy J1 J100H.Because of MicroSDXC Support up to 128 GB.Now I use MicroSDXC capacity of 64 GB and it'a already full od movies,tv series music and photos.I have on it only 101 MB free of 64 GB(58 GB Usable).And I use this Android strictly primarily for BOINC projects like Worl Community Grid,Folding@Home,DreamLab,htc Power To Give,Alantu WCNG GEMCloud,Samsung Power Sleep,Play To Cure and for multimedia like movies,tv series and music.

This phone is very slow indeed and drops network 90% of the time. I bought one returned it back and they gave me same model and it's still giving me headaches. It's useless.
