My scree just go black while i am typing a message on whatssap for example and it asks me to put my password.so basically the screen doesn t just ime out it s locked!And it can do that like 5 times ina row!coulod it be some hardware issues ?like overheating problems? thx

May I ask for help please? I just bought my J1 last June. A couple of days ago, I turned on the ultra power saving mode (not the first time). Then when I tried to disable the mode, it is not functioning. The lock screen is ultra power saving mode, while the homescreen and wall is not. However, the applications not allowed when in ultra power saving mode is also not functioning. What can I do?

Hai .. i hv samsung j1 but hv a 1 problem can't on normaly if i off hp and can't on just push button on off .. if i wan on hp i must connection to charge o power bank first n on .. hee like why can i hv explaination .. why this happen n how to fix it ..

Overall phone was ok. Only comments is the sound was too soft and not able to hear the ringtone when put into higher level.

This phone is very very slow. Facebbok, Messanger and even google are not operating efficiently. I will not suggest to anyone to buy this. Big Shitt by Samsung,,
