Messenger wont work, chat heads suddenly disappear and most of the didnt appears. I love samsung that much that I even buy this phone. Please fix it right away.

Is anyone having difficulty hearing calls on this phone? Just about every call i make or receive sounds like I'm talking to someone in a tunnel... this is my second phone in two weeks and same problem:(

why is the samsung galaxy j1 cant run the chat head in messenger ?? most of the time i want to throw it becoz it cant run the chat heads how stupid right ? to run a chat heads is a one simple and basic feature of a smart phones !!! i bought this phone by my own first salary it cost much expensive even though i want another phone brands but after all i choosed samsung phone !!! i think the samsung do a way to fix this !!!! i thought samsung is a good brand of phone but now for samsung galaxy j1 ? it decreases my trust ! im truly dissapointed !!!!

This phone sucks...i've taken it back to the samsung store 3 times already..for the same problem IT wont update apps..and the screen goes black when im on facebook then its suddenly back to the menu screen ..they claim its only mine thats giving problems...LIES!

This is my first android phone.and wow, love this phone very much. My favorite is The camera specially in the focus mode.all i can say is, the features of this phone was totally great. :)
