samsung galaxy J1 is good looking slim phone. I hv been using this phone since last thursday bt unfortunately it hangs up and doesn't work while pressing volume button as well back button. What's the real problem is? I'm quite dissapointed with this phone though samsung is branded company.

Absolute piece of rubbish. Don't waste time or money on this. Constantly hangs and freezes. Likes to randomly drop wifi. Use the internet for 1 minute, expect to wait just as long after closing it to get back to home screen. Speaker distorts at 3/4 volume. Best place for this phone is the bin.

I'm from the philippines and I'm using a samsung J1, It's only suitable for people who's not more into gaming, the ram memory is low so it means the more application the more the phone will go slow because of the ram. so I suggest if you're looking for a mobile phone and you're only for FB or music and pictures, J1 is good for you. J1 is also good for calling and messaging. advice if you're more into games and a lot of applications.. this phone is not for you

my phone doesn't work when I answer the call while I'm busy with something like internet , or what's app or another it doesn't work at all. And the notification lights as well is not working.
And it just keep on freezing.

Don't buy this phone, it's a waste of money... i have one, i tried to uninstall some apps, i only have 3 apps installed but it still freeze! but no no!

Worse phone I ever had! The Samsung salesman was good enough to made me believe this phone have 1GB RAM, he was so good at sales talking that I did not even check the box for the specs. I just found out when I got home and installed the apps. This piece of shit lags 80% of the time! Also have serious problem with sending a text message, will take a minute to send a single message, and I am pretty sure its not a carrier issue as I already checked my sim to other phones and called my carrier as well. FB messenger bubble head doesnt work as well cause of the "LOW" specs. There are other issues, but its too many to mention. I thought I just bought a faulty phone and had it replaced, but its the same! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. WASTE OF MONEY!
