Two months ago I bought this Mb. Once by mistake Mb fall from my pocket n it's in safe mode n can't open lots of apps.is there any solution to it or its of no use? Waiting reply

i have a problem for my Samsung J2 upon power off it can't be open or power on anymore then i charge it no response and still black screen. have any suggestions or recommendation who's experience my problem

I love my j2 its budget phone total worth it but i have 1 problem. Sometimes I got some multi touch problem when i play games like fifa14,mini militia. Can u guys solve this issue any suggetion?

I have updated my J2 several days ago, some problems occure: 1.wifi error can't connect to any wifi hotspot, 2. Causing slow to application include socmed and web marketplace even its 4G full bar, 3.some application just disappear everytime i restart the phone. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
