I got this phone on 5 Dec 2016.n my lcd got cracked two times automatically once while charging. N then while talking. This phone is dangerous .

now days,if u want to buy any phone under indian currency 7000, u may get number of phone with amazing feautures.but the main concern is after sale service..that why people only choose those which have much number of service centres near them..sony,nokia,samsung are those
companies which have much experiance in these industry,but after struck down of sony and nokia,,samsung get the chance to dominate this industry.in this past year also, samsung is in top phone selling company the reason is same,,service centre..but they are now in compition less economy..so they start to sell old model in new name with just few upgrades like increasing ram nd rom ...if u see galaxy j2 2016,with new back glow light,which is above 9000rs,are we going to celebrate diwali with these phones..just a useless upgrade with no new inovation..with same old lollipop version,atleast update these phones to marshmallow..they also fix there price upto whole year...though there are others companies also like lenevo,tcl,micromax,and all chinese product like mi,gionee,oppo etc,they very rare service in country,,,hope for a company to emerge as to not only selling products but also have very good customer oriented taste in there phones,then only compition occur and innovation comes in low price with customer friendly environment....

If u... moreI'm am also facing this problm but now it is solved with the another update....and i got a new feature also...wifi calling with latest update.....in my opinion it's a best choice for me. perfomance very smoth no hangs no lags.....i'm not facing the auto switch off problem like people saying. exellent camera quality. but there is one problem internal only 8gb if you move your all apps to sd card like me i'm sure you will love this phone.
