The phone locks on its own even without activating the password settings. Service centre has informed that there will be data losses if it is unlocked. The phone is Chinese make and made to be sold in India. I used a uk sim on sim slot 2 in addition to the indian sim in slot 1. Anyone having any solution please inform.

Nobody believed me when I said I even did not activated the lock. How do you unlock it.have u used any sim which is not of the country of purchase.
