I am a great fan of Samsung, but this one is terrible...8 GB memory leaves 3.5 GB available, memory is always full...for the same price any chinese phone like Oppo or Vivo have 2GB RAM and 16 GB internal...plus far better processor and battery, and even better quality...

my Samsung galaxy j2 get off regularly, to get it working again there is only one way : I just have to remove the battery and put it back again and it start working again ==, I have to do this several times there is something wrong and the technician at Samsung Mauritius can t fix it , can somebody advise me what to do as it is a brand new phone thanks

Gopi, 17 Dec 2016Sir please find me a solution for internet data and wifi no... moretry to powercycle first your wifi route by unplugging it from the socket for 2 mins. once you plugged in again the router , restart your J2 while router is restarting too. and then from wifi settings, forget the network and reconnect again .

Hello friends i can't play MKV formats video in galaxy j2 (2016) . All videos i have sluggish when playing. These videos have 1080p with resolution 1920 x 1080 . if anybody have solution for it please tell me. I tried all players like MX and as well as VLC but problem doesn't solve. My device is up to date with latest updates
