I have some problem with my j2 phone. While i was talk with my phone (mostly in internet call) its a over heating problem. I don't know why i faced this problem? If anyone know this problem ,please tell me the solution.

Anonymous, 17 Apr 2017Same here.....even i have gone to service center...they tol... moreNo its not battery problem its software problem find a btter service centre or complain to samsung if your service centre cant fix it.i visited service centre in hoshiarpur and they are very good even they replaced my handset when i bought it new it had vibration problem.

FazRan, 02 Apr 2017whats the reason for internel storage fullingAndroid Smartphones are designed to download local files that you are viewing from the Social Network apps e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and many more, let us say for example that your friend sent you a video on facebook messenger and you watched it, that video that you've watched will save on your internal storage without you knowing it. So after you've seen any media contents regardless if you've seen it, you've watched it or you play it, just go to File Manager then look for Images or Videos and delete those things that you dont need.

Phone is designed for calling and SMS, internet is just a plus, if you are using your phone watching movies, playing games then i rather suggest do it on your computer.

Total wast of money.i brought it for 9500rs but as I started to notice it's cons it is never ending. Though company is saying promising things about this handset like #TFT technology and #smartglow it doesn't look very impressive. Camera quality is extreamly poor for this price range, because of low storage space struggling every time while installing new app or downloading content.Better go for xiaomi smartphones.
