Hye.. i also faced the prblm of auto restarting on my j2 6.. then i did hard reset but it didn't solv my prblm.. then i updated the 1.74mb version software update n fortunately it did solv the problem for me.. bt there is one more update is showing of 230 mb.. n m avoiding it.. coz i think after i update it the auto rrestarting problem might appear again......... so plzzz help me.. should i update it or not.??

Guys.this phones display viewing colour are too bright. Even I try to reduce colour setting, it is not solved. It is too bright and coloury whenever we use it.

My phone automatically restarting 2-4 times in hour.. and has network issues.. some times while calling the sim cards gone and shows a closed symbol.. bad experience

Using this phone since last monday and as I read most of the reviews saying auto on-off, I honestly did not face anything like this. Although on first use it gives you an update to Marshmaloow 6.1. Try that may be it will solved. Neither I faced the blank screen or colour issues. The phone is honestly good. The smart glow feature is amazing.
