You might find that they change to a different model but that's because you paid for that model not another one. if you wanted another one then you would pay for another one. and plus if you had for a month or two or more than 15 days its not consider new its considered use so a different new phone model would not be an option on a business view it would be loss for the company. You cant always have things the way you want it atleast appreciate that they replaced it

Set it as your default SMS app and disable Samsung's. Google's doesn't have such problem, plus you'll probably find it faster and the option to reply to messages without opening it is really good as well.

This is a very good phone! I've had this black J3 for a couple of months now.
This is a really fast phone with good cameras.
Nothing negative, but only the memory is small. An SD card will fix it.

I bought my phone a month ago . Last week we went on a trip everything was fine but after the battery drained off and I kept it in my pants and slept,,the screen got damaged due to unknown reasons. Cracked from inside!! Though it didn't experience any shock or high pressure . Dunno the reason. Rest all is fine with it. Next drawback is money . It cost me nearly the cost of the phone just to get the screen replaced. And same as others.. system drawback is annoying. Anyone suggest how to update to android 6.

Dear sir i have brought SAMSUNG J3 2016 through snapdeal when mobile arrives to my home iam so excited & unbox it simple iam just charged after fully & i have observed the phone is over heat and screen is blurr like manufactured defect & iam confused & go to samsung care the people this phisicall damaged no sir iam mobile no dents no water damged no ahve single scrattch thn how samsung care people says damaged iteam didnt come warrnty pls solve my problem asap

My j3 bought from romania is great doesn.t have any problems battery great 4g great and memory ok.for this price is more then perfect great phone

j3 2016 with 8 gb of ram. very satisfied thus far. i've installed excel, word, nexflix, fb, yahoo, my banks etc. also using an 32gb external memory.

Worst phone I've ever had,got mine and husbands in December 16,not even a week later we were not receiving tests or calls,turned phones off to rebootand all seemed well then we had to do it again and again and again every 2 weeks or so, rang customer service and they offered to swap phones like for like,I was not happy with this as I assumed it was a problem with this model and they assured me it wasn't, it must be because we have the same issues as the previous phones.been into 3 shop they don't know what the problem is,never heard of it they said.although customer service was good.I still think we should have had different models but they wouldn't do that,after 15 years of being loyal 3 customers I'm afraid when our contract is due for renewal in 18 months time 😡 we shall be going elsewhere,as loyalty doesn't seem to count

Galaxy J3 2016 there is not a good reason to install an app from Google Store if you use the we site instead. I did it with Yahoo and my financial institution then a did "uninstall" the staa of the app saving internal/external storage. I will continue using this technique with the other sites that take internal storage on my phone.
