battery drainage: mostly caused by keeping on bluetooth and the location option. the reason that the phone constantly looks for a signal which not only requires data but all battery power. So if you want to control this switch of any option such as bluetooth, location, wifi and the likes if you do not need it. When at work perhaps and the likes.

It seems like a lot of people post negative comments about budget phones. Well, you aren't going to get a flagship experience with a budget phone. But there are a lot of great budget phones out there.

sam, 23 Mar 20178 GB memory and 1.5 GB RAM is not enough for marshmallow. You may be able to make the argument that 8 GB of storage and 1.5 GB or RAM are not enough to be *productive* with Marshmallow. In my experience, unless you're gaming, 1 GB is more than enough RAM.
But, with devices such as the BLU Studio G2 on the market running Marshmallow with 8 GB of storage and **512 MB** of RAM, it is obviously possible to run Marshmallow with those specs. However, you may not enjoy the experience.

Does anyone know when the J3 2017 will be out?
Why is it taking Samsung so long?
I am looking Nougat based phone, as it can run two apps side by side.
Are there any alternatives to this phone (which as removable battery), around 5" of less and a reasonable CPU and camera and memory.

I just helped a friend activate her ATT 16GB version of this J3 (2016) phone. I thought we'd be able to just swap her SIM from her old S4 because I looked up the specs to be both Micro SIM cards, but her J3 ended up having a Nano SIM slot. It's good that AT&T sent a new nano SIM with the new phone anyway, but it could've been a headache without it!
