lyn, 11 Mar 2017Bought mine in December. So far it has frozen solid 3 times... morereturn your phone back to square 1 and re-install the basic apps as things run in the background that you cannot control...not the phones fault ... apps are the buggers !!

Their lowest posted price for the Galaxy j3 2016 was US$132, on sale from a regular price of $189.
That sale price would work out to about CA$177. That's comparable to the prices I'd quoted earlier. I didn't bother checking to see what extra currency exchange surcharges there may be (PayPay typically charges at least an additional 3%) or what shipping options are available.
However, at the "regular" price, it would be significantly more expensive.
It just goes to show, you should shop around, because sale prices come and go all the time, and the best price today might not be the best price tomorrow.
