There's a passcode on it and I don't know what it is...so I did the home button, volume up, power factory reset but it still isn't working. I can only get to the wifi page without the passcode!

So I found some Canadian retailers, and quoted prices in Canadian dollars.
For what it's worth, Canadians can buy products from Target's USA online store. After their preferred exchange rate is applied, they would charge CA$233.46 for an unlocked 2016 J3 as of today. But that number will change every day as exchange rates change. And you'd be hit with extra taxes and duties at checkout.

I think this phone is a good phone. Very up there with the samsung galaxy s7. Its a little old but cheaper. The phone worls like any other phone from samsung. I have one issue and that is the camera. The camera is not as good as it could be but you have to suck it up and make a good decision on which phone to buy.

Mine is the 16gb phone which I think is plenty. The phone itself has a good quality metal feeling, I think it's just plastic. The phone is really up there with all the newer phones as such as features. And it's setup with android which is likr every other android, they just fancied up the look of the icons and all that. Honestly, it's like a newer galaxy 6 or 7 just maybe a few cheaper parts and slightly smaller. But like I mentioned, all around good quality. Also, i think I spelled everything right.

Its really a good phone . but the memory is low 8gb,, it may be atleast 16gb .. and on other features it is very very goood smartphone
